When you have your network cable installation underway, you’ll need Network Installation Tools to help guide you. Here are some tools designed for cable installation.

You may often hear punch-down Network Installation Tool referred to as krone tools. These tools connect the wires found inside an Ethernet cable to either a patch panel, a punch-down block, a keystone module, or a surface mount box.

You punch the wires down into place with this tool, hence the name. These tools use three parts to make this happen: the handle, the spring-based mechanism used to force the wires together, and the slotted blade to remove excess wire for a nice, clean installation.

Wire Stripper

Finally, any time you work with wires and cables, you want to have a cable tester on hand. These can help determine both the strength and connectivity of the specific cable. Additionally, some higher-end testers can sometimes test multiple types.

Without these tools, internet cable installation would be challenging. By having them in your toolkit, you can make any potentially difficult job a breeze.

The above list delivers all the different network installation tools you should own before starting any position in network installation.
